•El servicio incluye materiales, instalación, aparato telefónico o de fax y llamadas locales.
•La activación de la(s) extensión(es) y entrega de aparato(s) telefónico(s) o de fax se proporcionará al expositor 2 horas antes de la inauguración del evento y sólo al responsable del stand.
•Si va a conectar una terminal punto de venta a la extensión telefónica, esta deberá ser pre-programada por el técnico de su banco con el prefijo 9 mas el número deseado para lograr enlace con su banco.
•Los aparatos telefónicos y de fax se retirarán al termino del evento por personal de EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE.
•Para tener acceso a llamadas de larga distancia o celulares es indispensable dejar un voucher abierto de tarjeta de crédito.
•El expositor tendrá que solicitar el registro de llamadas de larga distancia 2 horas antes de finalizar el evento, para poder entregarle su voucher cerrado y su registro de llamadas al termino del evento.
•El servicio de internet es a través de una LAN con IP no homologada, correspondiendo UNA conexión por computadora, no router, no access point. Si requiere instalar una red deberá solicitar una cotización (conexión de 1024 KBPS download / 256 KBPS upload).
•Para poder proveer servicio de internet, el expositor deberá contar con computadora con navegador y puerto USB disponible. * Así mismo en sitio deberá de realizar un deposito de garantía por $1,500.00 (voucher o efectivo) para poder instalar en su computadora la tarjeta de red inalámbrica. Dicho deposito se reembolsara al final del evento una vez que se haya devuelto la tarjeta correspondiente.

•Telephone / fax service including extension and units will be handed to the exhibitor’s booth responsible 2 hours before the opening of the show.
•If you need to connect a credit card terminal to the telephone extension, you must contact your bank so they can send you a technician to pre-program the dialing using 9 plus number to be able to reach your bank.
•All telephone and fax units will be removed by EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE staff at the end of the show.
•For mobile or long distance calls it is necessary to present a credit card at the Service Desk for guarantee.
•The exhibitor must request the long distance service report 2 hours before the end of the show, so the telephone usage could be billed to the credit card. A detail of all calls will be handed.
•Internet connection is provided via proxy server LAN with IP address not homologous includes only ONE connection by computer. This service does not include router or access point. In you need network service please ask for a quotation (connection 1024 KBPS download / 256 KBPS upload).
•For internet service, the Exhibitor will provide a computer with browser and USB port. * In site you will provide a deposit for $1,500 pesos (credit card or cash) to guarantee a wireless card necessary to receive this service. Deposit will be refund upon return of the card.

•El expositor es responsable de la instalación de filtros para control de humedad.
•En caso de contratar el servicio de conexión neumática a maquina, el expositor deberá de proporcionar los materiales que requiera para realizar dicho trabajo, ya que este servicio comprende únicamente mano de obra.
•EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE se deslinda de toda responsabilidad sobre fallas en el flujo y presión de la toma principal en caso de realizar derivaciones por personal ajeno al centro de exposiciones.

•In case you order the service of pneumatic machine connection it will be necessary for you to bring all the valves and parts for the set down. This service includes only labor work.

Colgado de Pendones / Hanging Banners
Pendones tipo A De 1 a 25 Kg. hasta 3 amarres

•Los pendones deberán contar con los elementos de rigidez necesarios y las puntas amarradas ( alambre, piola, cadena, cable de acero, etc.) que resistan el peso y 10mts. de largo c/u.
•Por ningún motivo los pendones podrán invadir pasillos u otras áreas, colocándose dentro del área rentada, respetando un espacio mínimo de 1.50 mts. entre la base de la estructura y el mismo.
•Está estrictamente prohibido que personal ajeno al Centro realice éstos trabajos. EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE se reserva el derecho de autorizar los pendones a colgar.
•Cualquier objeto a instalar fuera de las especificaciones señaladas, requerirá autorización especial de la Gerencia de Operaciones y en su caso, se cotizará por separado.

•All banner to hang from the ceiling must have prefabricated hanging anchor points which are ready for installation and which are able to withstand the weight. Wire, cord, cable, etc. to be used must be 10 meters large.
•Banners must be suspended only above the exhibitors contracted exhibit space. It’s prohibited to position them over other areas. Must be installed with a minimum of 1.5 meters between the structure and the hanging banner according to EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE rules.
•Only EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE personnel is permitted to climb the structure for hanging banners. EXPO BANCOMER SANTA FE reserves the right to authorize the objects to be hang.
•Any change after installation will be charged. Hanging special objects or weights will need a special quotation.
